Simple Wrapping

I've always really loved wrapping gifts, almost as much as I love buying them. I always love decorating the packages once their wrapped, but I've never really done a theme for my wrapping before. This year, I had some plain wrapping paper that I thought would be fun to dress up with yarn, so I went that route for most of my gifts.

Do you do any kind of creative wrapping? I think I'll start going with a new theme each year.

  1. I love your wrapping! I have always loved wrapping presents too. I'd always ask my mom to let me wrap as many as she was willing. It's so fun! I'm really digging the yarn pom poms. Last year I used yarn and upcycled brown paper bags from the grocery store. Ha! This year I hope to get some kraft paper and will probably use yarn again too.

  2. I love the red wrapping with the green and white yarn
    looks great!

  3. I love the warm, cozy, handmade feel your presents have. It's like spending Christmas in a log cabin... without the cabin! haha.

The theme my family has for all our gifts is always white/ silver/ blue. Why these colours specifically? Because for some reason we like to match our presents with our tree ornaments. (So silly, but it's kind of a tradition now). Next year I totally want to do the yarn thing though! It's too cute.

  4. So cute! I love the pom poms too bad I had a ton of Christmas bows I need to use :(

  5. My personal favorites are the brown paper ones, they look so clean and simple but the red really adds some definition. The pom poms add the perfect amount of whimsy!

  6. i love what you've done with the colours! craft paper always makes me think of christmas. so versatile.

  7. This looks great! Part of the fun is decorating the presents and I can't wait to get home and finish mine!!

  8. I love the simple color scheme and the little yarn pompoms - simple but cute! I've never really done a wrapping "scheme" until this year, where I tried to coordinate things a little bit, but not super intentionally. Always love the look of kraft paper though :D

Leave a note! I love to hear from you!
