Inspiration Workshop: The Front Porch
In my future dream house, I have a lot of wants, but none greater than a wrap-around porch. I want a place to relax with my coffee in the morning and a pitcher of lemonade during the summer. I want a little swing bench and maybe a little table and chairs. Ideally, it would be attached to an old victorian home or a country farmhouse. And ideally ideally it would have a pretty view like this one.

agreed... its just so relaxing to sit and read or just plain relax and stare into nothing. Front porch is a def. must =)
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like the perfect front porch! For myself, no dream house is complete without a giant library (think: Beauty and the Beast library).

my dream house would def. have wrap around porch with a swing - and inside, an art room/library.

I LOVE wrap around porches!! We had one in our old home and it was wonderful :) I like porch swings!

I definitely would love some sort of outdoor space, like a porch or deck! Also, the biggest thing, is that I'm allowed to have a dog there. Why do I keep living in these no-dogs-allowed places? So when I have my place, I'm gonna live by my rules! :)

ReplyDeletealso, a library filled with thousands of old books and giant leather chairs to read them in.
and an inground pool with a waterfall so i dont get caught skinny dipping in my neighbors anymore :(
