Seasoned Butter Recipe with A Pretty Plethora

Here's the second recipe of the day from Laura of A Pretty Plethora. This one is so simple and uses some really technical cooking jargon (i.e. smoosh) that will make you feel like a fancy executive chef. Enjoy!

Darlings! Did you know that I LOVE to cook? Yup, I do. Today I'm sharing with you the most delectable delicious-ness you have decided to devour! (booya alliteration!) We're making butter! Ok, technically we are adding seasonings to butter. But you know, whatevs. :)

Here's whatcha need:

  • 1/2 a stick of butter, softened
  • 1/4 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp Parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tbsp Garlic salt
(you can always add more of your favorite spice)

Got everything? Now, dump it all into a bowl, and smoosh (we're being real technical here) everything together with your fingers until its all combined.

The End!
Didn't you love how easy that was? This is the perfect thing to make a grilled cheese with, or toast...or adding to your mac and cheese!
Happy Butter 'Making'!

  1. Ooh - I never thought of spicing up butter before using it, this might just revolution my entire relationship with butter.

Leave a note! I love to hear from you!
